CAVUS wire is a high-efficiency, ultra thin-wall automotive cable insulated with PVC and built with a compressed stranded conductor. Designed according to JASO D611, it offers superior space-saving properties and mechanical reliability, making it ideal for lightweight automotive harnesses.
Rated for 80°C and 60V, CAVUS wire achieves even thinner insulation than AVSS while maintaining dependable electrical performance. It’s well-suited for compact wiring environments where reducing weight and bulk is critical.
