UL10369 XLPE Insulated Wire – 105°C / 600V Halogen-Free Hook-Up Wire for Internal Wiring

UL10369 is a UL-certified single-conductor wire featuring cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation. Rated for 105°C and 600V, this wire is designed for internal wiring in electronic and electrical equipment. The halogen-free XLPE insulation provides excellent thermal stability, mechanical strength, and flame resistance.


 Features

  • Conductor: Solid or stranded, silver-plated, tinned, or bare copper, ranging from 28 AWG to 9 AWG

  • Insulation: Extruded XLPE with a minimum average thickness of 20 mils (0.51 mm) and a minimum thickness at any point of 18 mils (0.46 mm)

  • Temperature Rating: Up to 105°C

  • Voltage Rating: 600V 

  • Flame Resistance: Complies with horizontal flame test requirements

  • Standards: UL 758 Appliance Wiring Material (AWM)

  • Usage: Internal wiring for electrical and electronic equipment
