UL3464 is a UL-certified single-conductor wire insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). Rated for 125°C and 30V, this wire is engineered for internal wiring in electronic devices where heat resistance, voltage stability, and flame performance are critical.

  • Conductor: Solid or stranded, bare or tinned copper; available down to 40 AWG

  • Insulation: Extruded XLPE, with minimum insulation thickness of 4 mils (0.10 mm) and maximum up to 100 mils (2.54 mm)

  • Temperature Rating: Up to 125°C

  • Voltage Rating: 30V

  • Flame Resistance: Meets horizontal flame test requirements
