According to requisite form to take exact conductor, PVC/PE grain and confirmed stranded no. appearance, color and weight for process.

Plastics Pellets Requsite

According to requsite form to take exact conductive PVC/PE garin and confirmed standard for appearance, color and weight for process.

Extruding program Setting

Resetting parameter while change products its based on products name and lot no. specification.

Extruding Process

Parameter and tolerance of extruded, cooling trough, laser OD inspection to be fixed and smooth running.

Surface Marking

According to the model and specifications of each wire, it is printed on the wire to make it easy to distinguish the performance of each wire.

Winding Inspection

There is needs to be on line inspected all diameter, cohere surface, stranded no. and packing length before winding.
